I, like many Texans, had their pipes burst and home flooded with water. Here is my story.
When we last checked in on the elevators, one of them kept getting stuck when closing the doors. Since then, it kept breaking after every time they "fixed" it. They finally sent a repairman to fix it and he was like "Nah" and shut it down completely. So we only have one elevator operational in this ragly ass hotel. I don't know if he didn't have the tools, manpower or time but it's clear this elevator needs to be replaced entirely. Maybe he's waiting for when they're not completely booked to start work since things gets loud when you bust out the power tools. You would think with as much as they're charging here they would have working elevators or fix them in a timely manner but instead they're pocketing the money while everything else goes to shit.
