The Busted Pipe Chronicles Day 57: Who Is Terry Washington?

I, like many Texans, had their pipes burst and home flooded with water. Here is my story.

I used a stock image of a Colorado Buffaloes player last week when explaining what happened to the BCS Playoff stats. So let's find out who he is shall we? Like with the Houston Texans players, we're going back to the 2006 roster as our starting point. He doesn't have a Wikipedia page so I have to rely on Google Images to confirm whether it's him or not. Even though he only appear in the first two lines of the results, we have our guy, it's Terry Washington!

So who is this guy? In his bio, before he came to Colorado, he played junior college ball for the Garden City Broncbusters where he was a 2004 2nd team all conference at DB and a honorable mention in 2003 in the KJCCC. With the Buffs, he was a backup Cornerback but he did lead the team in points for Special Teams for the 2005 and 2006 season as a return man and gunner. On his Linkedin page, he listed that he played for the Colorado Ice of the Indoor Football League from 2008-2011 as a RB/DB (Even though Wikipedia listed him as a WR in the 2010 season).

Before Fan Controlled Football, Sohrob Farudi owned a team that was originally the Colorado Ice.

In 2014, his football career ended in Serbia as a SS for GAT Novi Sad Dukes.

It's too bad GAT Dukes Novi Sad folded due to lack of funding in 2018.

Then he retired and started working for VESTAS BLADES UK LIMITED in 2015. He didn't get to play in the NFL but at least he continued his career by playing indoor football and how many people can say they played American Football in Serbia of all places?

Stay tuned tomorrow for Day 58? I'm Running On Fumes in The Busted Pipe Chronicles
